RooХ CEM (Customer Experience Management) Portals product allows operator to easily build an advanced Internet and Intranet portals for personified subscriber Self-Service, Sales Force Automation and operational CRM made from uniform dynamic elements. It delivers personalized active content and experience for each customer. By flexibly configuring the portal logics and providing targeted offers operators can increase ARPU and reduce customer service costs.
RooX Portals support integration with various user authentication scenarios (cookie, MSISDN/password, federation via OpenID or OAuth 2.0, automatic authentication by IP, etc.) and configuration of the controls and information layout based on subscriber CRM profile, preferences and context. Subscribers, sales managers and CSRs access and manage CRM data, service and product controls and account information in the simplest possible way.
RooX Portals allow the operator to package network services and charging scenarios into integrated product offerings. Logics of this packaging can differ from that of the operator’s BSS/OSS systems – the data will be translated by a configurable convertor module supplied by RooX. Thus, the operator is able to create and effectively promote targeted product offerings for different subscriber categories.
RooX Portals for subscribers’ Self-Service support flexible portal zoning to the areas with different authorization levels. General public information can coexist on the same pages with targeted offers and customer specific protected information. All data is well protected against fraud and unauthorized use. For example, access to the general information (like tariffs and products offered by the operator) can be granted to any visitor, including unauthenticated ones. To access their account balance or payment history the visitors can be required to sign-in in the most suitable way. And to perform any monetary transactions like purchasing a new product or paying for partner services they may be asked to input the One-Time Password delivered by SMS. For further protection, sessions accessing the most sensitive data can be time-limited.
RooX Portals enable the operator to easily control content location, configure rules and determine the logics of portal procedures. Portals functionality is built from atomic construction blocks. Each block is an independent widget (or portlet), which can be added, removed, changed or replaced when needed without interrupting the portal operation using the CMS capabilities. Once developed, any widget can be reused not only on the operator’s portal, but also on external websites like operator’s service-specific portals or even Social Networks. Thus, after having developed some function for the portal, operator can also introduce it e.g. to Facebook.
RooX Portals product was developed to build high load service portals simultaneously handling multitude of subscriber request in real time. It can be used to construct a unified portal operating as a primary customer service channel thus dramatically reducing the Customer Service costs. Flexible system of configurable hints makes the subscriber interaction process fool-proof. All data exchange with the operator OSS/BSS is performed in real-time via a RooX GUP server developed according to 3GPP standard.
